Serving our community and “loving our neighbor as ourselves” (Luke 10:27) is such a vital part of who we are at A Neighborhood Church. Our desire is to truly be a reflection of God’s heart to this world by doing by reaching OUT into our communities rather than expect our communities to come IN to our four walls.
Ronald McDonald House, Fort Worth:
On the 30th of each month, you can find us down at the Ronald McDonald House (1004 7th Ave. Ft. Worth, TX 76104 or ftworthrmh.org) cooking dinner for the families of critically ill children. It’s a great opportunity to share God’s love with those hurting and struggling around us.
Come help us chop, mix, grill and bake at 4:30 and then serve dinner at 6:00 p.m. Cooking experience is NOT a requirement to come…wanting to help out and have a great time is!

Peanut Butter & Jelly Collection
Larry Joe and Linda Wright have been faithfully serving Ft. Worth’s poor and needy for over 12 years with a food distribution ministry center in North Fort Worth called Life Unlimited . The role that they have asked the people of A Neighborhood Church to play is to keep their Peanut Butter and Jelly shelves stocked. We are so proud of the generous and faithful people that bring peanut butter and jelly every Sunday to help make this happen.
